Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and organized Project Management Intern to help coordinate and manage our initiatives. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in organizing projects that empower young leaders in sustainability, inclusion, and diversity. This role is ideal for students interested in gaining real-world experience in project management while making a positive impact on social and environmental issues.
Please notice that this position is exclusive for students currently enrolled at an educational program that will take their internship in connection with their studies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects aimed at youth leadership in sustainability.
- Support communication with stakeholders, including partners, mentors, and participants.
- Help develop project documentation, including timelines, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and decision-making.
- Assist with event planning, including organizing workshops, webinars, and conferences.
- Track project progress and report on key metrics to ensure goals are met.
- Identify potential risks and challenges and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree or have recently graduated in Project Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, History, Social Service, Political Sciences, Development and Globalization studies or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with a passion for sustainability, inclusion, and diversity.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Interest in youth leadership, social innovation, and sustainable development.
- Familiarity with sustainability concepts and an eagerness to learn more about global issues related to social and environmental well-being.
