Position Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to support Sustainary’s Marketing & Communications team next semester.

As part of our team, you will play a key role in developing visual content that strengthens the visibility and impact of Sustainary’s projects and initiatives. This position is ideal for students who would like hands-on experience in graphic design, visual communication, content production, and video editing while contributing to meaningful social and environmental initiatives.


Job specification:

A Graphic Designer with a strong focus on visual communication and content production. As an intern, you will be responsible for creating visual assets, editing videos, and supporting the development of creative materials across Sustainary’s communication channels.

You will work closely with our Head of Marketing & Comms, Copywriter, Social Media team, and project teams to translate ideas and messages into engaging visual content.


Primary focus:

• Graphic design for social media, website, newsletters, presentations, and marketing materials

• Creation of visual assets for campaigns, events, and projects

• Video editing for social media and digital communication channels

• Development of infographics, illustrations, and visual storytelling materials

• Support in maintaining and strengthening Sustainary’s visual identity and brand consistency

• Preparation of marketing and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders


May also include:

• Photography and video content creation during events and activities

• Designing event materials, banners, presentations, and promotional assets

• Supporting creative brainstorming sessions and campaign development

• Assisting with website visuals and content formatting


Who are you?

• You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Concept Development, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related field

• You have strong graphic design skills and an eye for layout, typography, branding, and visual storytelling

• You are comfortable working in Canva and have experience with one or more design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Figma, or a similar software

• You have basic video editing skills and enjoy creating engaging visual content

• You are creative, proactive, and eager to learn

• You can work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team

• You speak and write fluent English (Danish language skills are considered a plus)
