Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Commission Sales Associate. The role involves establishing and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and promoting sustainability consulting services tailored to clients' needs. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, presenting solutions effectively, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction. Effective communication, negotiation, and innovative strategies to drive sales growth will be key elements of this role.

Qualifications
- Proven sales, negotiations, and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in customer engagement and communication strategies
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Knowledge of sustainability frameworks, net-zero strategies, and ESG principles is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adept at meeting targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in the sustainability, environmental, or consulting sectors is highly beneficial
