You will be responsible for driving new business development, building a high-value pipeline, and closing enterprise-level deals across the supply chain, industrial, and manufacturing sectors. This is a pivotal role with direct influence on growth strategy and revenue outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for clients in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and industrial markets
- Build strategic relationships with senior decision-makers, such as COOs, VPs of Supply Chain, Sustainability Leaders, Operations Directors.
- Translate Sustain360 capabilities into clear, ROI-driven value propositions
- Develop and execute account plans to meet aggressive growth targets
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success to align solutions with customer needs
- Represent Sustain360.ai at industry events, conferences, and customer briefings
- Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to inform product roadmap decisions
- Help shape a repeatable, scalable enterprise sales engine as we grow
- Assist Commercial Team with Proposals and Contract negotiations
What You Bring
- 6+ years of enterprise B2B new business development experience, ideally in SaaS software sales, covering supply chain, industrial, logistics, manufacturing, or sustainability technology
- Proven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Ability to articulate advanced technical solutions (AI, analytics, automation, SaaS) in business-value terms
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality , you enjoy building from zero and opening new markets
- Strong communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, experimental startup environment
- Passion for sustainability, climate innovation, and the future of autonomous AI
