Field Production Supervisor - Residential Solar Installation

We’re looking for an experienced Field Production Supervisor to lead and support our residential solar installation crews. This role is responsible for managing daily field operations, ensuring project quality, efficiency, and safety, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily field operations and installation schedules
• Supervise and support installation crews to ensure high-quality workmanship
• Coordinate with project managers and warehouse teams to ensure materials are ready and jobs stay on track
• Conduct site inspections for quality control, safety, and compliance
• Train and mentor field staff to improve productivity and performance
• Troubleshoot field issues and provide technical guidance

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in solar installation or electrical construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple crews and meet project deadlines
• Working knowledge of residential electrical and roofing systems
• OSHA certification and NABCEP experience preferred
