We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Solar Field Technician to support our solar projects from survey to commissioning. The ideal candidate has experience with both single-phase and three-phase systems, and familiarity with Enphase IQ8 microinverters and SolarEdge commercial inverters.
Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site surveys and collect technical and electrical data
Perform system inspections to ensure safety, quality, and code compliance
Assist with installation, wiring, and commissioning of solar systems
Troubleshoot and resolve technical or inverter-related issues
Qualifications:
Experience or training in solar, electrical, or construction work
Knowledge of Enphase and SolarEdge systems preferred
Enphase IQ8 Installer Certification required
Enphase Battery Certification preferred
Strong attention to detail and safety practices
Ability to work outdoors and on rooftops safely
