We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Solar Field Technician to support our solar projects from survey to commissioning. The ideal candidate has experience with both single-phase and three-phase systems, and familiarity with Enphase IQ8 microinverters and SolarEdge commercial inverters.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site surveys and collect technical and electrical data
- Perform system inspections to ensure safety, quality, and code compliance
- Assist with installation, wiring, and commissioning of solar systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or inverter-related issues
Qualifications:
- Experience or training in solar, electrical, or construction work
- Knowledge of Enphase and SolarEdge systems preferred
- Enphase IQ8 Installer Certification required
- Enphase Battery Certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety practices
- Ability to work outdoors and on rooftops safely
