Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients by understanding their energy needs and suitability for solar solutions.
• Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule consultations between interested customers and our solar experts.
• Incentive Promotion: Inform prospects about available incentives and promotions to encourage consultation bookings.
• Data Management: Accurately record customer information and appointment details in our CRM system.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from appointment setting to consultation.
• Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for appointments set.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems and scheduling tools.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
