Our company is seeking a sales consultant for roofing and/or solar. The ideal candidate would have some experience selling either roofing or solar and be hard working, self driven to generate leads/pipeline. Looking for someone that can be independent and will prioritize customers satisfaction and overall integrity to maintain companies good reputation. We believe in your hard work and will reward you with the highest pay in the industry.


Job Responsibilities:

  • EXPERIENCED roofing and/or solar sales person (Roofing and Solar or construction experience required.
  • You will be responsible for generating leads and closing appointments of your own
  • Mandatory Door hanging, flyer, work builds and neighborhoods
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Small amount Leads will be provided if necessary or requested
  • Follow and manage SUNRAY ROOFING AND SOLAR sales process
  • Maintain files through CRM system- JobNimbus
  • Train and be familiar with Solar Graph Solar proposal system
  • Educate buyers of the sales and replacement process
  • Build brand awareness and sales growth throughout your given market
  • Ask for referrals and work roof installs (builds) to generate leads
  • Attend Weekly sales meetings
  • Stay current with roofing and solar knowledge
  • Good customer follow up and communication
  • Being proficient with estimating and closing repair and interior jobs
  • Provide estimates for repairs, reroof, solar, interior work and gutters.
  • Work with insurance adjusters and claims. Experienced with adjuster inspections
  • Follow up with insurance claims for homeowners
  • Be self driven to generate your own leads/book of business


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Outside roofing and/or solar sales experience preferred
  • Self-motivated; ability to work independently but in a team environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet client’s needs


Benefits:

PAY Structure:

  • 50/50 split commission program available. This option is highest pay option for experienced salesman.
  • Commission paid on checks that come in. Keeps constant cash flow coming in for you! Check deadline is Wednesday, 6pm, each week to get paid that same Friday. 15% is paid on first checks and remaining profit split is paid at time of final check/payment in full.
  • Weekly pay program available (Established book of business or after first 30 days of established business)
  • Monthly Bonuses and company appreciation events.

  • Company Work truck and gas provided if needed.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 30-50 lbs.
  • Must be able to climb on a ladder
  • Must be willing to walk on a roof
  • Must be a strong closer

Experience:

  • Roofing Sales Experience: 1 year
  • And/or Solar Sales: 1 year
  • Sales experience: 3 years

Education:

  • High School Diploma
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Language:

  • English
  • Spanish (if possible)
