Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated Electrician Helper to support our solar installation team, with a strong emphasis on battery and energy storage system (ESS) work. In this role, you will assist Electricians with the installation, wiring, and maintenance of solar and battery systems, ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn renewable energy technologies, develop electrical skills, and grow within a fast-paced solar environment. Essential Duties: Follow layout plans and perform the structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment Support the crew to assure the successful completion of the solar system installation Document completion of quality installation Compliance with OSHA standards Key Competencies: Must be able to consistently carry up to 60 pounds Must be comfortable working with heights (Ladders, stairs, and roofs) Must have a reliable means of transportation Prior residential solar installation experience preferred but not required Prior roofing/roofer experience or residential construction preferred but not required
