Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is an instrumental position in building and maintaining a great work environment and delivering a friendly, hospitality-oriented experience to SunPower employees and guests in the office. Creates, maintains, and displays Sun Power's Culture and Values.
Essential Duties:
- Support HR Manager, Office Assistant and Executives.
- Manage office operations
- Make suggestions and improvements to increase efficiency and save money
- Handle documents and information with confidentiality and discretion
- Coordinate Office Logistics
- Organize cultural events
- Greet and welcome visitors, vendors, employees, interviewees, etc.
- Stock, clean, and manage break rooms
- Retrieve & distribute incoming mail and packages
- Assist other departments as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of professional experience in an Office Management and/or HR role
- Experience in planning events, including catering
- Experience in directing company-wide and executive-level meetings
- Exceptional computer skills including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe products (particularly AI)
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
