We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Experience (Funding) Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in the funding process, helping us deliver a seamless professional experience to our customers, sales representatives, and finance partners. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, sales teams, and internal colleagues Collect and organize required documents for Notice to Proceed (NTP) Take inbound calls from sales representatives to help push milestone Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Customer-focused with a "go-getter" attitude Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Occasional travel should be expected with this role as well.
