Solar Outside Sales Rep
Job Description
Sunpol is seeking commission-only Solar Advisors to help Connecticut homeowners adopt solar energy solutions. As a 1099 independent contractor, you will operate your own business, set your own schedule, and have the potential to earn $200,000+ annually through commissions.
Responsibilities:
Prospect, consult, and educate homeowners on solar energy solutions.
Evaluate properties and present tailored solar proposals.
Manage your sales pipeline, customer relationships, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with Sunpol Solar for project fulfillment, but manage your own workflow and business development.
Stay current on industry trends and compliance requirements.
Generate business through self-driven marketing, networking, and referrals.
Qualifications:
Proven ability to operate independently and manage your own business.
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Prior experience in solar
Bilingual skills are a plus.
Compensation & Structure
Commission Only: This is a commission-based opportunity. There is no base salary, hourly pay, or employee benefits.
