Your Mission: As our Production Line Worker, based in Riverside, CA, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining safety and cleanliness in the workplace.  The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly line operations, fabrication, and the use of various power and hand tools.

Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change:

•       Assemble components on the assembly line according to specifications and quality standards.

•       Fabricate parts as needed for various production processes.

•       Perform routine inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning.

•       Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

•       Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

•       Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks in the manufacturing environment

Essential for your Success:

•       Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing facility is preferred.

•       Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques.

•       Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

•       Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods during shifts.

•       Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

•       Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively within a diverse workforce.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week—must be willing to work nights and weekends

Ability to Commute:

•       Riverside, CA 92507 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

•       Riverside, CA 92507: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

Must be willing to submit to drug test and criminal background screening.
