Electrical Foreman

Sunlink Energy is looking for an experienced electrical foreman to lead the electrical side of residential solar installations. You’ll manage the field wiring, oversee junior electricians and apprentices, and ensure every project passes inspection the first time.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the electrical install on residential solar PV systems
• Run conduit, pull wire, set breakers, and land inverters and ESS units
• Coordinate with roof leads and project managers on install flow
• Ensure code compliance with NEC 690, 705, and 706
• Perform quality checks before final inspection
• Train and guide junior electricians and apprentices
• Communicate with inspectors and utility reps when needed

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of residential solar electrical experience
• Active journeyman or equivalent electrical license (required)
• Deep understanding of NEC and local codes (especially 2020 and 2023)
• Experience with Tesla Powerwall, Enphase, or SolarEdge preferred
• Confident reading SLDs, wiring diagrams, and AHJ permit packets
• Skilled in EMT conduit bending and clean wiring
• Professional, organized, and focused on jobsite excellence
