Work directly with operations, permitting, and utility interconnection teams
Create single-line diagrams, layouts, and interconnection designs in compliance with NEC, AHJ, and utility rules
Review site survey data, roof layouts, and main panel conditions to determine interconnection method
Ensure designs are code-compliant and buildable, minimizing field changes
Stay sharp on utility and AHJ requirements, keeping projects moving smoothly
Collaborate with leadership on improving efficiency, cost, and margin
What We’re Looking For
2–5+ years of solar PV design experience (residential and/or commercial)
Proficiency with design tools (Helioscope, Aurora, AutoCAD, or equivalent)
Strong understanding of NEC 690/705, interconnection methods, and utility processes

Health benefits + PTO
Hybrid flexibility (some in-office expected for collaboration)
A chance to lead the design department in a small, high-margin EPC where your input directly shapes growth
Career growth into senior leadership as we scale
