1. General reception duties;

3. Assist in booking flights and accommodations for the company trip needs; 

4. Supporting other members of the team.

2. Verbal and written Chinese communications skills preferred;

3. Good customer service a MUST  Excellent computer literacy expected;

4. Well presented with a professional enthusiastic manner;

5. Dependability and highly organized;

6. Must be well-groomed and presented;

7. Show initiative and work unsupervised.
