key responsibilities:
- Help process payments for service partners, logistics providers, and other daily operation expenses
- Track shipments and ensure equipment is delivered and received on time
- Support project tracking by monitoring payment status, work progress, and delivery schedules
- Assist with paperwork and approvals for reimbursement and project-related expenses
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth after-sales operations and accurate documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
- 1+ years experience in project coordination, operations, or logistics
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
- Multitask ability
- Must have an Australia working visa for 3 years
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
