Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Solar Appointment Setters. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact with homeowners—sparking interest, educating them on the benefits of solar energy, and scheduling appointments for our Energy Consultants. This is an entry-level role with HUGE growth potential in sales and leadership.

What You’ll Do:
- Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach
- Create interest by sharing the financial and environmental benefits of going solar
- Qualify potential customers and schedule appointments for our sales consultants
- Represent Sunforce Solar with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Work closely with a supportive team to hit daily and weekly goals
What We Offer:
- $13/hr base pay + commission + performance bonuses
- Weekly pay and uncapped earning potential
