About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic, multicultural team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing data reporting and analytics processes, ensuring data reliability, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role involves migrating existing reports to new infrastructures, designing insightful dashboards, and contributing to the development of our data lake architecture. Collaboration with international teams and meticulous documentation are key aspects of this position. The candidate will work closely with our data team, comprising experts based in France and Malaysia, under the guidance of a Lead Data. About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic, multicultural team. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (preferably Bac+5)
- 4 to 5 years of significant experience in Data Analysis, with a strong focus on Power BI
- Expertise in Power BI and familiarity with Microsoft Fabric (upcoming), Azure, and Databricks environments
- Proficiency in English for daily communication with international teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent documentation skills, both technical and functional
- Autonomous, proactive, and professional demeanor
- Interest in AI innovations and a genuine commitment to social and ethical projects
- Lead the migration and optimization of over 30 existing reports to the new infrastructure by the end of March
- Design and standardize high-value dashboards focused on Sales and Finance to support strategic management
- Participate in structuring and enriching the new data lake to address gaps in the previous infrastructure
- Collaborate daily with international teams in a multicultural environment, ensuring consistency and quality of deliverables
- Draft comprehensive technical and functional documentation to guarantee maintainability and clarity of deployed solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes and reporting tools
- Engage with team members to share best practices and innovative approaches, especially related to AI
