Summary
As a Marketing Manager at Suncom Energy, you play a key role in strengthening and scaling our commercial organization. You support the development and execution of Suncom’s commercial and marketing strategy and translate technical, financial, and commercial input into customer-facing value propositions, business cases, sales materials, and thought leadership content. In addition, you provide commercial insights through KPI reporting and market analysis and drive the standardization of commercial processes, tools, and best practices. Working closely with the CEO, commercial team, engineering team, and marketing colleagues, you help build a scalable commercial organization that supports Suncom's growth as a global renewable energy technology provider.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Storytelling & Sales Enablement
- Support the development and execution of Suncom's commercial and marketing strategy
- Translate technical, financial, and commercial input into presentations, proposals, and sales materials
- Support the development of customer value propositions and business cases
- Develop and maintain commercial assets, including presentations, case studies, customer references, and visuals
- Define and execute Suncom's content & communications strategy, including the development of thought leadership content, white papers, customer testimonials, and industry publications. Ensure consistency in commercial messaging and visual identity across customer-facing materials
Commercial Insights
- Analyze sales funnel performance, deal progression, and commercial KPIs
- Develop and maintain commercial dashboards and management reports
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and improvement opportunities
Commercial Excellence
- Develop and standardize commercial processes, tools, templates, playbooks, and best practices
- Manage commercial and marketing projects, aligning stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives
- Support continuous improvement of Suncom's commercial organization

What We Are Looking For
- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Energy Sciences, Business Administration, or other relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing, business development, or sales support environment, preferably in an industrial, energy, or technology-driven B2B context
- Experience developing commercial content, such as presentations, case studies, customer references, white papers, and business cases
- Strong ability to translate technical and economic concepts into clear customer value propositions and commercial materials
- Analytical mindset with experience using commercial KPIs, dashboards, and market insights to support decision-making
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch and/or Spanish is a strong plus)
- An entrepreneurial team player, motivated to help us grow our company into a worldwide operating renewable energy technology provider
