We're looking for dynamic sales professionals with experience in Channel Sales, DSA Management, Distribution Network Development, or Solar Rooftop Sales to drive our PM Surya Ghar initiative.

??? ????????????????:

• Build and expand channel partner networks comprising solar dealers, electricians, hardware retailers, NGOs, and cooperative societies.

• Drive lead generation and conversion through partner networks, field campaigns, and consumer engagement initiatives.

• Manage the end-to-end PM Surya Ghar process, including portal registrations, documentation, DISCOM coordination, net metering, and subsidy processing.

• Lead and mentor a team of tele-callers and field coordinators to achieve business targets.

• Maintain sales MIS, partner performance trackers, and project progress reports.

???? ??'?? ??????? ???:

• 10–18 years of experience in channel sales, DSA management, or distribution network building.

• Proven experience in managing dealer/channel partner ecosystems and driving sales conversions.

• Ability to guide customers through the Jan Samarth Portal, including documentation and approval processes.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in Hindi.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel.

• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned geographies.

?????????:

• Prior experience with PM Surya Ghar or other MNRE solar schemes.

• Existing network of solar dealers, electricians, or hardware partners in Uttar Pradesh.

• Understanding of DISCOM processes and net metering.
