Talent Acquisition Systems Administrator
Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the recruitment technology and systems that support the talent acquisition process at The Student Conservation Association. This role ensures that the systems are effectively utilized to enhance recruitment efficiency, data integrity, and user experience for both recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers. This is a remote position and the salary range is $58,000 - $62,000 annually.
Roles and Responsibilities
- System Management: Administer and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related recruitment technologies. Ensure systems are configured to meet organizational needs and comply with data privacy regulations.
- User Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for system users, providing training, support, and troubleshooting for recruitment staff and hiring managers.
- Data Management: Oversee data integrity and accuracy within the ATS, including monitoring data entry practices and generating regular reports on recruitment metrics.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify process inefficiencies and implement system enhancements to streamline workflows.
- Integration Management: Work with IT to maintain integration of recruitment systems with other HR technologies and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and improve user experience.
- Training and Documentation: Develop and maintain training materials and user guides for ATS and recruitment technologies. Conduct training sessions for new and existing users.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with software vendors to address issues, coordinate upgrades, and evaluate new tools that can enhance the recruitment process.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations related to recruitment practices and data management.
- Seasonal Support: Provide specialized support for high-volume recruiting efforts during peak seasons to include providing acute workflow continuity support to the Talent Acquisition team on an as needed basis.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in ADP Recruit Management and Salesforce
- Experience with process management
- Experience in building relationships with internal and external constituents
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, excellent customer service and remote support communication skills
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office software and website management required
Education and Experience
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree, with related talent sourcing or recruiting experience
- Preferred experience as a hiring manager for conservation corps and internship programs
- Previous experience as a member of a corps team with SCA
- Proven ability to multi-task and trouble shoot in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail and follow through on administrative tasks
Travel Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a Motor Vehicle Record that meets SCA standards
- Willingness to travel 25%
