• Position: Financial Analysis & Strategy Manager
• Salary: upto 35M gross
• Interview rounds: 2 rounds at Stride office (1- Finance Interview & Case Assessment; 2- BOD Interview)
• Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Onsite)
• Working location: L’Mak Signature, 147 Hai Ba Trung, Vo Thi Sau Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Stride is a fast-growing renewable energy company providing rooftop solar development and financing solutions in Vietnam.

We are looking for a Financial Analysis & Strategy Manager to lead investor and lender reporting, support financial and strategic planning, and contribute to the evaluation and development of new products and services through research, financial modelling, and commercial analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for investors and lenders.
• Coordinate inputs across Finance, Operations, Sales, Engineering Services, Technology, and HR.
• Ensure financial, operational, and portfolio information is accurate, complete, and consistent.
• Support annual financial planning and 3–5 year strategic financial plans.
• Build and maintain financial models covering portfolio growth, revenue, cash flow, funding requirements, and credit performance.
• Conduct scenario, sensitivity, and stress-test analyses.
• Support cash-flow forecasting, liquidity analysis, debt tracking, and treasury-related reporting.
• Support new product and service development through market research, financial modelling, pricing analysis, and business cases.
• Assist with fundraising and due-diligence processes involving investors, lenders, advisers, and other stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Banking, or a related discipline.
• From 2 years experience in financial analysis, management reporting, corporate finance, or product development.
• Strong financial modelling skills, including cash-flow forecasting, scenario analysis, and investment-return calculations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work accurately with large and complex datasets.
• Experience preparing reports or presentation materials for investors, lenders, or senior management.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment.
• Experience in renewable energy, financial services, fintech, asset finance, or infrastructure is an advantage.
• Experience with BI or data-visualization tools is a plus.
