We’re seeking an experienced Environmental Sub-Region Manager to lead sustainability-driven operations across the Central & Northern European region for a global market leader in environmental testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) services. This senior leadership role carries responsibility for advancing environmental compliance, performance, and growth across multiple countries.
? Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage environmental TIC operations across the Central & Northern European region ensuring world-class standards in environmental testing, inspection, and certification.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth, operational efficiency, and environmental stewardship while enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, regulators, and environmental authorities.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, ESG principles, and company ethics policies.
- Collaborate with regional and global leadership to execute climate- and sustainability-focused strategies.
- Develop, mentor, and empower management teams to deliver high-impact environmental outcomes across diverse markets.
- Represent the company at environmental conferences, industry forums, and regulatory meetings to promote sustainable practices.
? Qualifications
- Proven senior leadership experience managing multi-country or regional teams, ideally within environmental TIC or a closely related sustainability sector.
- Strong track record in business development, operational management, and environmental compliance.
- Deep understanding of Central & Northern European region and environmental markets; familiarity with climate policy, renewable energy, or sustainable infrastructure is a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical, sustainable business practices.
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region to oversee environmental projects and partnerships.
