Step into a true leadership role from day one, taking ownership of a $50M+ higher education project as the most senior person on site. This isn’t a traditional PM role - you won’t just manage a project, you’ll have own it.

  • Own on-site delivery, subcontractors, and execution
  • Take full responsibility for budget, schedule, and quality
  • Act as the primary client contact and decision maker
  • Solve real-time challenges across construction and design
  • Drive outcomes across safety, performance, and delivery

️ What They’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in construction or field management
  • Strong MEP knowledge (mechanical/electrical systems)
  • Experience leading projects or site operations
  • Confident communicator with strong ownership mindset
