Project Manager

Stones River Electric is looking for a motivated and results driven Project Manager to join our growing team. ​This position will be onsite in Madison, TN. 

Responsibilities:

·         Manage multiple projects concurrently without compromising quality

·         Communicating with and managing Service Electricians

·         Assist in defining project scope, goals and timeline

·         Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities of projects

·         Communicate with customers and internal team to keep projects aligned with timeline

·         Manage all aspects of job cost for assigned projects

·         Reviewing and submitting customer documentation

Qualifications:

·         Customer Service experience

·         Experience managing Commercial Electrical Project Work

·         Experience managing and leading Field Technicians

·         Cost and risk management skills

·         Proficiency in Microsoft office and basic technology required

·         Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

·         Ability to make key decisions under pressure with a problem-solving mindset

·         Ability to delegate effectively
