Lighting Retrofit Technician

Stones River Electric is actively seeking experienced Lighting Retrofit Technicians to join our elite team for a prevailing wage project at the VA Hospital in Oklahoma City.

Responsibilities:
As a standout member of our team, you will:

• Install and retrofit LED lighting; contributing to both interior and exterior facility improvements
• Demonstrate your knowledge in troubleshooting lighting and electrical issues
• Skillfully use hand and power tools to ensure precise workmanship
• Operate specialized equipment including ladders, aerial lifts, and boom lifts
• Maintain organized lighting and electrical inventory
• Communicate effectively with customers and office staff, maintaining a team-first mindset
• Work safely and efficiently in a healthcare environment with strict protocols

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of lighting retrofit experience
• Willingness to travel 100% (as needed for future projects)
• Must provide own hand tools
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency with basic computer and technology skills
• Strong communication skills and a self-starter mindset
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

• $28.59/hour – Prevailing Wage
