Job Description

Job Duties – Assist customers in Designing, Diagnosing and giving setup instructions on Solar power systems including identifying system malfunctions and repair. Knowledge of DC electrical work, solar controllers, including wiring, grounding, and electrical testing. Create and maintain and respond to ticket submissions for repairs, customer device requirements and maintenance. Assist in designing and planning solar energy systems based on customer needs and site requirements.
