Working in Trading & Origination
Trading & Origination is Statkraft’s central commercial unit for proprietary trading of standard and origination of non-standard energy related products and assumes the role of a market integrator for third party renewable and flexible assets encompassing the supply of power and green solutions to customers in Europe and in the US
Statkraft is seeking a highly organised Talent Management Coordinator for an exciting opportunity to support the Talent Management team within a fast-paced trading environment. Working as a part of a small, collaborative team, this role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact while building broad experience within the Talent Acquisition space. This role is an urgent hire, and we are seeking candidates who are available on a 12-month FTC basis to start immediately.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, be highly organised and have the ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.
- Support the Talent Management Team (Talent Acquisition Specialist and the Head of Talent Management) as well as the VP, Head of Strategy to effectively manage the administrative processes on all talent acquisition requisitions as well as team’s administrative tasks
- Ensure that the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) is updated with live requisitions and candidates are managed effectively through the system (interview set up, rescheduling etc, managing quality candidate experience)
- Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring all steps run smoothly and on time
- Ensure accurate completion of recruitment requisitions and generation of approvals and offer documentation
- Monitor and track candidates and resolve any concerns or delays and close requisitions once candidate(s) have been hired
- Coordinate process in collaboration with hiring managers, HR, and external partners
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth start for new hires
- Maintain recruitment trackers, team folders documentation and reporting
- EA duties to VP includes presentations preparations, briefing notes, ad-hoc administrative support when needed
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative position in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of working in a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources department as a coordinator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Experience of working with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse is a plus) managing and maintaining all information
- Ability to handle large volumes of varied tasks/data in a fast-paced complex environment
- Ability to deliver with accuracy and speed
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and excellent multitasking skills.
