Estuaire is a Paris-based startup aiming to reduce the climate impact of aviation.

Estuaire develops a data platform and climate impact reduction technologies.

The company specializes in non-CO₂ effects, such as aircraft contrails. The startup was founded by two former Airbus employees and collaborates with companies such as Safran, Vueling, or Vinci Airports

Job Description

As a Founders Associate, you will work directly with Estuaire’s two co-founders and play a central role in building the company. You will contribute to strategic, operational and growth topics, and gain a 360° view of how a climate-tech startup scales.

Your Missions

Business & Strategy

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers
  • Pitch our solution and gather product feedback
  • Support fundraising: investor outreach, pitch decks, follow-ups
  • Contribute to certifications, partnerships, and ecosystem positioning

Marketing & Communication

  • Write articles, posts and newsletters on aviation sustainability
  • Manage communication channels (LinkedIn, newsletter, X)
  • Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements

Operations & Internal Work

  • Draft and review contracts, procurement items and legal documents
  • Support hiring: screening, interviews, coordination
  • Contribute to team organization as we grow

Preferred Experience

We are looking for a motivated, curious and impact-driven candidate.

Must-haves

  • Strong interest in climate, sustainability or aviation
  • Currently studying business, economics, or a related field
  • Excellent written English
  • Autonomy, reliability and the ability to get things done
  • A creative, problem-solving mindset

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience in startups, consulting or BD
  • Interest in tech, regulation or environmental policy
  • French is a plus but not required

Recruitment Process

  • 15-minute interview with our current Founders Associate

→ Motivation, background, expectations

  • 30-minute interview with the co-founders

→ Conversation about interests and alignment

→ A short “day-at-work” case to understand your approach to real situations
