Senior Structural Engineer

Our water focus covers the management of drinking water, wastewater, stormwater, and groundwater as a collective resource. About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional engineer with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects to work collaboratively with our clients and colleagues across Asia Pacific. You will have a chance to work on projects from the initial investigation right through to completion or construction.
About You
Ideally, you’ll be a CPEng Chartered structural engineer with at least 10 years’ professional experience in the consulting industry including multi-disciplinary design projects. You’ll have experience in water and/or transportation infrastructure projects, ideally including industrial/utility buildings or pump station buildings and water retention structures, or a good understanding of transportation infrastructure projects.

The role in a snapshot will encompass the following
- Planning, management and delivery of detailed structural designs, including senior checks and reviews, across a variety of transportation and water related infrastructure projects.
- Technical advice and leadership across the Structural Discipline
- Project leadership including design and construct project delivery methods
- Technical report writing, including ability to carry out structural assessments, inspections, risk assessment and asset management plans
- Construction supervision support as required
- Working closely with project teams and project managers to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery
- Mentoring and development of junior team members
