Staffmark - - Responsibilities: Operate and adjust coating and laminating machines to ensure proper adhesive application; Monitor machine performance and coating quality, making real-time adjustments; Perform product changeovers, machine setup, and cleanups to maximize efficiency; Mix and prepare adhesive formulations using mechanical equipment; Inspect products for quality defects and ensure production standards are met
