Machine Operator Portland, IN Pay Rate: $20.00 $22.00 per hour Shift: 6 AM 6:30 PM OR 6 PM 6:30 AM (2-2-3 schedule)

  • Experience running machines or working in production/warehouse (2-3 years)

  • Strength and stamina lift up to 50 lbs. and stay on your feet
  • Team player who shows up, works safely, and gets it done

On the Job

  • Fire up and run machines to keep the line moving smoothly
  • Watch for problems, troubleshoot quickly, and keep production on track
  • Check quality and make sure every product meets the mark
  • Handle setups, adjustments, and minor repairs when needed
  • Work safe, work steady, and keep the floor running strong
