  • 1st Shift: 5:00 AM 5:00 PM | Monday Wednesday + Every other Thursday | $15.00/hr.
  • 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM 5:00 AM | Monday Wednesday + Every other Thursday | $16.00/hr.
  • 3rd Shift: 5:00 AM 5:00 PM | Friday Sunday + Every other Thursday | $16.00/hr.
  • 4th Shift: 5:00 PM 5:00 AM | Friday Sunday + Every other Thursday | $17.00/hr.

Education Requirements

  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Operator.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
