Machine Operator

Staffmark - - Responsibilities: Operate conventional and CNC production machines, including winders, milling machines, drill presses, broaches, lathes, saws, grinders, and welders; Perform finishing work such as sanding and deburring to meet quality standards; Apply knowledge of material hardness, tooling selection, cutting speeds/feeds, coolant requirements, and machining techniques; Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and production standards; Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a safety-focused manufacturing environment
