Machine Operator

Staffmark is hiring a Machine Operator in Maple Lake, MN. If you're looking for a hands-on role in a supportive, team-oriented environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Pay: $18.00$20.00/hour (based on experience) + $3,000 sign-on bonus

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 3:45 PM 1:45 AM

What You'll Do:

  1. Set up and operate production machinery safely and efficiently
  2. Use power tools and measuring instruments to meet daily production goals
  3. Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with minor repairs
  4. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
  5. Collaborate with teammates and help onboard new operators
  6. Follow all safety guidelines and quality standards
  7. Lift materials or products up to 50 lbs. as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 6 months of machine operation or manufacturing experience
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn and grow
