The Machine Operator is a key member of our manufacturing team, responsible for producing high-quality components safely, efficiently, and accurately. This role involves operating and monitoring machinery, assembling parts, performing finishing work, and conducting inspections to ensure products meet company and industry standards.

- 2 years of manufacturing experience ( Willing to consider a recent graduate from a trade school )
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Steel-toe shoes
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor maintenance tasks
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and inconsistencies
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting

This role involves operating and monitoring machinery, assembling parts, performing finishing work, and conducting inspections to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Set up, run, and monitor production equipment following established procedures to achieve consistent performance and output.
- Assemble Components: Build parts and assemblies according to specifications with precision and consistency.
- Deburring & Finishing: Remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material to deliver smooth, safe, and high-quality finishes.
- Quality Control: Inspect raw materials, in-process work, and finished products, making adjustments as needed to maintain strict quality standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting to reduce downtime and keep machines in top condition.
- Safety First: Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with supervisors and peers to meet production goals, share improvement ideas, and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Recordkeeping: Accurately maintain production logs, quality checks, and equipment reports.
