Sustainability Project Administrator

At Staffline Recruitment we are currently partnering with a prominent Public Sector body who have an opportunity available for an Assistant Project Administrator to join their Sustainability department.

This Sustainability team works collaboratively across multiple teams to deliver on strategic ambition; connecting sustainability value propositions with emerging opportunities and client engagement models.

The successful will join a dynamic and impactful team and work with both colleagues and clients to deliver on industry decarbonation, circular economy, waste, water, biodiversity and climate adaption goals.

Key responsibilities will include the following:

  • Proactively support teams to influence the delivery of client sustainability investments.
  • Support the development and sharing of knowledge across internal teams.
  • Contribute to the preparation of strategic proposals for clients.
  • Work with colleagues to identify new industry trends and marketing opportunities.
  • Analyse client business plans to identify sustainability opportunities.
  • Engage with decision makers and stakeholder groups to sustainability initiatives.
  • Research and monitor emerging trends, technologies and opportunities within the sustainability landscape.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating and executing marketing events that promote sustainability initiatives.
  • Manage multiple priorities and responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Interested candidates will meet the following requirements:

  • Third level qualification, to a minimum NQF Level 8.
  • Demonstrated aptitude or technical experience for sustainability related initiatives will be an advantage.
  • Flexibility to complete required international & domestic travel.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, to show initiative, to work independently and on occasion to work outside of standard office hours.
  • Flexibility and interest in career progression.

This permanent role will have a salary scale starting at €32,045 rising with service to €60,510 along with a hybrid working model and benefits
