E-commerce Specialist

We’re looking for a capable and motivated person to join our team as E-Commerce Specialist with the responsibility to grow our online sales channels. Sproud is a fast-growing, high-energy company where top performers are given real opportunities to grow. 

No day is the same at Sproud: one day you’ll be deep in paid campaigns, the next you’ll be optimizing our D2C Shopify store, or handle loyalty program in Klaviyo. You will also be our E-commerce expert, supporting distributors with an expert playbook for driving sales with local online customers.

The Role: 

The ideal candidate is an Amazon expert, with strong understanding of digital marketing, online merchandising, and analytics. Your main responsibility is to manage tactical social ads as well as prospecting campaigns on mainly Instagram, Google Adwords, Amazon, Tik Tok and Google Shopping across all our global markets as well as take care of our E-commerce development with the aim to increase awareness and conversion into sales. 

In order to thrive in this role, we believe that you are passionate about digital marketing and sales, that you like to take matters into your own hands and are used to pushing your tasks forward independently. You have the ability to see an overall perspective while at the same time having a sense for details.

You will be a part of the global sales team and the day-to-day the role will be based in one of our offices in London, Malmö or Warszawa.


Some of your key responsibilities are: 

  • Manage and optimize product listings across global e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Ocado, Shopify, etc.)
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, pricing, and competitor activities to drive growth
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including seasonal sales, ads, coupons, and targeted marketing strategies
  • Ensure product content is accurate, compelling, and aligned with brand standards (titles, descriptions, images, SEO keywords)
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive convert marketing into sales.
  • Tracking and understanding the importance of metrics and how to draw conclusions from them. KPIs include CAC, ROAS, CLTV, AOV 
  • Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams to manage inventory levels, shipping timelines, and order accuracy


The person we need:

  • Is connected to our company principles around sustainability and doing the right thing.
  • Has an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prepared to be juggle tasks in multiple functions.
  • Has at least 2-3 years of experience of day-to-day paid social media management, /and/or Google Adwords/Google Ads, either from an agency or inhouse; 
  • Demonstrates a mix of an analytical and creative mind-set as this is a role where you need to be able to analyze content performance and come up with new ways of using and testing content on social channels to drive conversion.
  • Is a fast learner, quick thinker, curious and brave 
  • Native/Fluent communication and writing skills in English
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Google Analytics and/or other measurement tools.
