Commercial Director, eMobility (eMSP)
Spirii is hiring! We are looking for a Commercial Director to lead our eMSP business.
About Spirii
Spirii was founded in Copenhagen in 2019 with one goal: to make EV charging simple. Today, our software helps charge point operators and businesses in more than 22 markets run and grow their charging networks. Since 2024, we have been part of the Edenred Group, which gives us strong support and a close link to company fleets across Europe. Our next chapter is eMSP, and we are looking for the person to lead it.
Position Overview
The Commercial Director eMSP will lead Spirii's commercial strategy and execution for our eMobility Service Provider (eMSP) platform across our priority European markets (Denmark/Sweden, Germany, Netherlands, France, and Italy). As part of the sales leadership team, you will build and scale our eMSP business, serving as the commercial counterpart to our Mobility Product Director. This role requires an entrepreneurial leader who can develop new markets, close complex deals with fleet operators and mobility service providers, and establish Spirii as a leading eMSP competitor.
You will build a new dedicated eMSP sales team while collaborating closely with existing regional sales managers who sell eMSP as an adjacency to CPMS, and partnering with product and operations teams to deliver integrated mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Leadership
Required Qualifications
Spirii is a full-service e-Mobility provider, offering hardware and software charging solutions to companies in the private and public sector. Spirii recently celebrated its seven-year anniversary as a founded company — though the people at Spirii bring far more extensive experience working with electric cars and charging, and with the development of future transport and energy systems.
Spirii is an equal opportunity employer. We encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds and experiences. Spirii strives to create an inclusive and diverse workplace, and we encourage all qualified applicants to apply regardless of age, gender, race, sexual/religious orientation, or disability.
