About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – CSA to lead and oversee large ground-up data center construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively
  • Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans
  • Maintain strong communication across all project teams
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Utilize project management tools to track milestones, budgets, and deliverables

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Proven experience within the construction industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes
  • Experience working with subcontractors and vendors
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
  • Proficiency with project management software
