We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of utility-scale solar projects across the U.S. This role will oversee all aspects of project delivery, including scheduling, budgeting, contractor management, and quality assurance, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and on budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full lifecycle project execution for large-scale solar projects.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and contracts while mitigating project risks.
  • Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and external partners to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Oversee permitting, RFP reviews, bid selection, and EPC contract negotiations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to engineers, site managers, and project staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of project management experience in utility-scale solar or renewable energy construction.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects, preferably $100M+.
  • Strong knowledge of civil, mechanical, and electrical aspects of solar projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
