Position: Senior project manager

Contract length: 12-18 months with potential for extension or direct hire

Location: Grayslake, IL

This role is ideal for an experienced project manager with a strong background in leading complex projects, managing schedules and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving successful project delivery. Experience with data center construction or mission-critical projects would be especially relevant.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee completion of project
  • Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
  • Assess risks and establish contingency plans
  • Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
  • Experience working on Data center, mission-critical or large ground-up commercial construction projects
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working with a team
