This role is responsible for leading multiple transmission projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple transmission capital construction projects simultaneously.
  • Lead project teams consisting of engineers, procurement specialists, planners, construction managers, and field crews.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and reporting metrics.
  • Monitor project performance and ensure milestones and deliverables are completed on time.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and leadership teams throughout project execution.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
  • Provide regular project status updates and reporting to leadership.
  • Support project planning, execution, commissioning, and closeout activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
  • Associate degree or graduation from a two-year college or university.
  • Working knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with project scheduling, forecasting, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
