Project Manager
This role is responsible for leading multiple transmission projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple transmission capital construction projects simultaneously.
- Lead project teams consisting of engineers, procurement specialists, planners, construction managers, and field crews.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and reporting metrics.
- Monitor project performance and ensure milestones and deliverables are completed on time.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and leadership teams throughout project execution.
- Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
- Provide regular project status updates and reporting to leadership.
- Support project planning, execution, commissioning, and closeout activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
- Associate degree or graduation from a two-year college or university.
- Working knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
- Experience with project scheduling, forecasting, budgeting, and risk management.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
