Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple renewable energy projects—from late development through commissioning and early operations. This role reports to senior leadership within the engineering and construction organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage several solar, storage, substation, or transmission projects through construction and startup.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, landowners, utilities, and authorities.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional project teams and ensure clear communication.
  • Oversee project execution to meet quality standards and contractual requirements.
  • Monitor project health and implement corrective actions.
  • Control scope, address uncertainty, and limit change orders.
  • Provide concise internal and external reporting.
  • Oversee invoicing and cash flow.

Qualifications

Preferred:

  • 3–5+ years in utility‑scale renewables
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with QA/QC
  • Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office
  • Contract and multi‑discipline project management experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering, business, or project management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Problem‑solving ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
