Environment, Health and Safety Manager

We are looking for an experienced EHS Manager to support major energy and infrastructure projects across Germany. The role will be responsible for ensuring high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance across construction and site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead EHS activities across construction/project sites.
• Conduct risk assessments, RAMS, audits and site inspections.
• Manage incidents, near misses and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with German H&S legislation, DGUV/TRGS and client standards.
• Manage contractors and promote a strong safety culture.
• Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and EHS training.
• Support emergency preparedness and environmental compliance.
• Maintain EHS documentation and reporting.

Key Requirements:

• Proven EHS/HSE experience within construction, energy, BESS, data centres or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of German H&S regulations.
• Experience with RAMS, risk assessments, incident investigation and audits.
• Contractor management experience.
• NEBOSH / equivalent EHS qualification desirable.
• German language skills would be advantageous.
