Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support general construction projects in the Atlanta area. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client coordination. The ideal candidate brings a strong operational background, understands building systems (MEP), and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution
  • Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications
  • Manage client relationships and provide regular project updates
  • Identify risks and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track
  • Support procurement, contract management, and change order processes

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in construction
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods
  • Experience managing commercial or industrial building projects
  • Working knowledge of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools/software
