As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to core HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and team coordination activities. You’ll work closely with the People Operations team to support day-to-day HR processes while learning how strategic HR initiatives translate into operational execution.

As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to core HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and team coordination activities. You’ll work closely with the People Operations team to support day-to-day HR processes while learning how strategic HR initiatives translate into operational execution.

What You’ll Do
- Support onboarding processes by preparing documentation, coordinating welcome activities, and ensuring new hires have a smooth start.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help coordinate internal meetings, HR events, engagement activities, and training sessions.
- Prepare basic reports, trackers, and dashboards to support People Operations initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams (such as IT and Facilities) to ensure smooth onboarding and operational support.
- Help track follow-ups on HR initiatives and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
- How People Operations connects strategy with execution
- Exposure to HR lifecycle processes (onboarding, engagement, documentation, coordination)
- Cross-functional collaboration in a global organization
- Best practices in HR operations and employee experience
- Professional communication and organizational skills in a high-accountability environment
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, Excel, collaboration platforms)
- Proactive mindset with willingness to learn
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Prior internship or project experience in HR or operations (academic or professional)
- Interest in employee engagement, workplace culture, or HR analytics
- Exposure to event coordination or internal communication initiatives
