Span is looking for a highly motivated HR Intern to support our HR Efforts especially in talent acquisition. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team to help deliver a positive candidate experience and support day to day recruiting operations. This is a strong opportunity for someone interested in building a career in recruiting & human resources

- Electrification is the process of replacing fossil fuel appliances that run on gas or oil with all-electric upgrades for a cleaner way to power our lives.

What You’ll Do
During this internship, you will:
- Assist theTA teamwith Span’s recruiting initiatives
- Guide candidates smoothly through the interview process with timely communication and updates
- Review applicants and help schedule phone screens
- RepresentSpanat recruiting and networking events
- Support marketing campaigns designed to attract top talent
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing/ Completed a Bachelors or Mastersin Human Resources, Business or a related field
- Experience withG Suite/Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in recruiting, people operations, or employer branding
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Professional and personable communication style
- Location: In-person role based in Bengaluru
- Duration: 3 months
- Stipend : INR 20,000/Month
